3 point protection against known and unknown threats

A unique combination of three technologies effectively protects against both current and new malicious programs – programs that are designed to steal your financial and confidential data or damage your computer.

Automated database updates. The Kaspersky Virus Lab detects new malicious programs of all kinds round the clock. We release virus signatures to protect you against these new threats every hour round the clock. The signatures are uploaded automatically to your computer. The result: you get quick and easy protection against all known threats.

Preliminary behavior analysis. Sometimes you download programs that do not match any signatures in our databases. We conduct a preliminary analysis by running them in a secure and isolated virtual environment. Here, we check for malicious and potentially malicious behavior before you run the program. You get clean and safe programs to run on your machine.

On-going behavior analysis. We monitor the behavior of your system and all programs in real-time. If the behavior appears malicious or potentially dangerous, we block the process, warn you about the dangerous activity and roll back any malicious changes. Using the Internet safely and securely

Secure surfing. The solution analyses web pages and blocks potentially malicious web-based content. It also blocks pop ups and ads, which are not simply irritating, but also used by virus writers often use ads to install Trojans that steal your confidential data or give the Trojan’s owner access to your computer.

Privacy Control. Restoring your data and your system

Rollback of malicious changes. Kaspersky Internet Security monitors system and application behavior for suspicious behavior activity.
